1.)    What sizes do you offer and how do they fit?

We offer sizes: Small, Medium & Large. Please note, our tanks do run fairly small, so you may want to consider choosing the next size up.  Our Jet Line clothing is made with a fine blend of 98% Cotton and 2 % spandex, uniquely crafted with Crystallized Swarovski rhinestones.

2.)    How long does it take for me to get my order?

Once our Jet Line Crew receives your order, please allow 24-48 hours for processing and additional time for delivery. We work very hard to ensure that your order is processed correctly and shipped out as quickly as possible.

3.)    What is your return policy?

 If for any reason you do not like your merchandise, we will gladly exchange it for you.  However, we do not offer refunds at this time. Your business is very important to us and we will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your Jet Line Clothing. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department at Customerservice@jetlineclothing.com. All sales are final after 30 days of purchase.

4.)    How can I pay for my Jet Line Clothing?

 
We have teamed up with Pay Pal to accept Credit Card payments. Once you’ve added your items to your cart, the “checkout” button will take you to PayPal’s website for payment options. As of a few months ago, you no longer have to be a member to order merchandise or services through PayPal.  You may enter your Credit Card information, address, etc through their SSL Certified Security order form.

5.)    How should I care for my Jet Line Clothing?

Our Jet Line designs are made with a lot of care and have been created to last the life of the garment. Due to the quality and durability of our rhinestones, there is no need for dry cleaning. We recommend that you wash using the gentle cycle with cold water, lay flat to dry.
